1. What is the mode of payment at PrimaEscapes?

Once guests have chosen their dates and the booking has been accepted, they will receive a payment link where the payment can be processed. In case they are unable to make an online payment through the link, guests can also deposit the cash in our bank account directly.

We also offer other payment options like PayTM, NEFT/IMPS or UPI.

2. What currency does PrimaEscapes accept?

PrimaEscapes deals strictly in the Indian Rupee (INR). Foreign cards will be charged in INR as well as the refunds processed by PrimaEscapes. Rates indicated on our site in USD / Euro / Sterling are indicative. All prices/ charges / transactions will be processed in INR only.

3. I have already paid for the booking. Why is there a security deposit?

Guests have to pay a security deposit upon check-in. This charge is levied to protect the interests of our homeowners to ensure that there is no damage to the property. The security deposit is completely refundable except in case of damage to the property, against which PrimaEscapes can lay a claim on the security deposit.

4. How do I pay for the additional services that I have chosen?

Payment for meals may be chargeable on site, depending on the meal plan for the home that has been booked.

If the meal plan is booked from PrimaEscapes, it can be paid for during the payment of the villa on the website. Any additional service that is listed on the website (like the spa, for example) can be paid during the payment for the villa on the website. The tariffs mentioned at the time of booking are inclusive of all taxes, duties, VAT, etc.

5. What is a security deposit?

PrimaEscapes charges guests a certain fixed amount for the duration of their stay as a guarantee in case any untoward incident takes place. Guests must pay the security deposit amount at the time of check-in and your personal butler will refund the same during check-out.

6. How much is the security deposit?

A security deposit of Rs. 5000 is to be paid to your assigned butler on arrival. This deposit will be refunded after the duration of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.

7. How do I know I am paying through a secure medium?

All online payments at PrimaEscapes are handled through Airpay. When you click on the pay option at PrimaEscapes, the request is redirected to Airpay’s secured payment gateway where the necessary banking details have to be filled in, depending on the preferred mode of payment (credit cards, debit cards, net banking, etc.). On successful completion of the transaction, an acknowledgement is displayed.

1. How do I search for a property?

  • Begin your search for a perfect getaway on the PrimaEscapes home page.
  • Using the search bar, select your destination, the dates of your visit and the number of guests in your party.
  • Scroll through the listings that appear in your search results. Use the photos and descriptions of each property to help you determine if this is the perfect place for you.
  • If you want to narrow your search results, you can do so in the following ways;

    Search using filters: If you want to look at properties in a particular location, a specific number of bedrooms or guests that can be hosted, or prefer a property with certain amenities (swimming pool, entertainment system, etc.), use the many filters provided on the website to help you through the same.

  • When you're ready to book a listing, click ‘Book Now’ to complete the process. You can also share the property with your friends and family using the share option for their opinion or reference.

2. How do I know a property is available on my selected dates?

Using the search bar on the homepage, select the dates that you would like to travel on.

The listings that appear in the search results are the homes that are available on your selected dates. If the property you have selected has the 'Booking' option turned on, you can book right away without any hassle.

If the selected property is not available for that day, the page below will show the next available date for that property and also similar properties that can be booked instantly on your selected date.

1. How can I book an Escape?

Booking an Escape with PrimaEscapes is a simple two-step process. Search for your preferred listing/home/date. Check the availability for your booking request for your preferred dates and make the payment for your duration of stay. Once PrimaEscapes accepts this request you can pack your bags for travel.

  • Step 1: The first step towards booking your accommodation is to search for a listing that satisfies all your preferences. Using the search bar, select your destination, the dates you would like to travel and the number of guests in your party. Make use of the various filters provided to narrow down your search.
  • Step 2: The next step will involve the confirmation of your booking and the payment procedure. PrimaEscapes accepts all major credit and debit cards on its portal.

2. Can I contact PrimaEscapes before booking?

3. Do I have to register with PrimaEscapes before booking?

You can check out as a guest. However, we recommend you register and create a profile on PrimaEscapes which will help us recommend more experiences to you in the future. Also, you will be a part of the elite list of people to get a sneak peek at any new escapes or deals we may offer in the future.

4. Can I cancel a booking?

You can cancel a booking by clicking on the 'Cancel' button against the specific booking in the Dashboard/Your Booking/Upcoming Booking sections. Read the cancellations section to know more about PrimaEscapes’ cancellations policy.

5. Where do I view all my bookings?

You can view all your bookings on your profile dashboard under the 'My Bookings' tab. You can sort this list of bookings with options such as completed, upcoming, cancelled, etc. You can also view receipts of the transactions made for a particular booking in this section.

6. What are 'House Rules'?

House rules are some basic instructions set by PrimaEscapes for guests to follow. These rules are listed with the accommodation details for guests to learn beforehand. Consider it as a document containing 'what to do' and 'what not to do' related to the accommodation and your stay.

Example: Smoking inside the villa is strictly prohibited. Please use the area outside the villa for the same.

7. Can I book with a flexible number of guests?

When we create a listing for our homes, we provide the maximum number of guests that the home can accommodate based on the number of rooms/beds the villa has to offer.

The tariff stated on the listing is for the number of guests that can be comfortably accommodated and the home as a unit, including all the bedrooms. Additional guests will be charged extra. It's best to check the house rules / amenities listed in each Listing before sending a booking request. 8. I booked for 'x' number of guests. Now my guest list has increased. What do I do?

In such a situation, please contact us on reservations@primaescapes.com or call 95554 68888 and check if the home can accommodate extra bedding for additional guests. In case of extra bedding charges, all payment must be made to PrimaEscapes' on-site butler prior to check-in. No refund for extra bedding charges shall be processed post check-in.

9. How do I know if my booking is confirmed?

Your booking details will be sent via an email notification immediately post your payment. Details of the butler such as his/her first name, last name, phone number, email ID, house rules, address and directions will be shared with you. You will also receive a notification 2 days prior to your trip to confirm any additional services requested and your meal preferences. 10. What are the different cancellation policies at PrimaEscapes?

PrimaEscapes has a strict cancellation policy. To know more, please go through our detailed Cancellation policy in the 'Terms of Use' section.

11. Can I cancel an upcoming booking?

You cannot cancel an upcoming booking 7 days before your trip. In case the booking is cancelled before, a minor cancellation fee is levied. For further details, please read our cancellation policy.

12. What information of my profile will be visible to the holiday home owner?

Your profile information will only be visible to PrimaEscapes. No personal information will be passed from PrimaEscapes to any party or entity.

13. Can I book for somebody else?

Yes, as long as you have the consent of the card owner.

The name on the credit card does not need to match the name on the booking. We do, however, strongly advise that you use the guest’s name while travelling for security reasons and to avoid any misuse.

1. I am preparing for my check in, what do I need to do?

Once your booking is confirmed you will receive a notification email that will have all the necessary information regarding Check-in details.

If you feel like you need any further details, you can write to us at reservations@primaescapes.com or feel free to call 95554 68888.

You will be sent details regarding house rules to adhere to and location directions to your phone and email in order to make your travel hassle-free.

Before you travel to your destination, we advise that you refer any travel restrictions, weather warnings or adverse events that could affect your trip.

2. The property is not as expected. What should I do?

We have extensively tested each property to ensure that this does not happen. However, on the rare occasion that something at your accommodation is not as you expected it to be, the first thing you should do is get in touch with the on-site PrimaEscapes butler immediately.

A majority of issues can be resolved directly with the butler.

If your issue with the property cannot be resolved directly, we advise that you get in touch with PrimaEscapes within the first 24 hours of your scheduled check in time. You can write to us at; reservations@primaescapes.com or contact us at 95554 68888.

Ensure that your email is as detailed as possible with supporting pictures and/or videos to explain your issues in full.

5. How do I check-out of the property?

Our Check-out process is as simple as our check-in. The butler will check the property for any damages and if none, will refund your security deposit in full and help you complete your check-out process.

6. What if the property is damaged?

During the check-out process, the butler will check for any damage to the property. If any damage is found, the security deposit will be withheld. A more thorough second check will be done to assess the damage and the charges incurred for its repair/restoration. The amount will be decided by PrimaEscapes and PrimaEscapes will have the final word on the same. The pending deposit will then be transferred to the guest’s booking account in 15 working days.

7. How do I leave a review of a property I stayed at?

After you have checked out from the property, we will get in touch with the guest who made the booking regarding the experience of their stay. Optionally, you can submit your review on our website too.

1. How do I create an account?

Follow these steps to create an account on PrimaEscapes website;

  • Enter www.primaescapes.com into your web browser.
  • On the top right hand corner of the screen, click on the 'Sign Up' option.
  • You have the option of signing up with your email or your Facebook account.
  • Follow the instructions in the pop up screen and after you have entered all the required information you will be ready to book the most charming spaces in the city.

2. I forgot my password, how do I reset it?

If you have forgotten your password, follow these steps –

  • Ensure that you are logged out of your account.
  • Select 'Log In' on the top right hand corner of the PrimaEscapes website.
  • In the pop up window, select 'Forgot password?'.
  • Enter your email address in the new pop up window.
  • Click 'Send Reset Link'.
  • You will receive an email from PrimaEscapes with instructions on how to reset your password.

If you have received an email asking you to reset your account and you do not trust it, notify us immediately at info@primaescapes.com.

3. What if I have forgotten the email address I signed up with?

If you have forgotten the email ID you signed up with, please notify the PrimaEscapes team and we will try our best to help you out. Email info@primaescapes.com.

4. How can I update my account information?

Follow these steps to find and edit your account details –

  • Log in to your account.
  • On the top right hand corner of the screen, hover over your name and select 'Edit profile' in the dropdown menu

  • On the menu bar, select 'MyAccount'.
  • From here you will be able to – edit your basic details such as name, gender, birthdate, change your phone number, change the city you currently live in, etc.

5. How do I login to my account?

Follow these steps to create an account on PrimaEscapes website;

  • Enter www.primaescapes.com into your web browser.
  • On the top right hand corner of the screen, click 'Log In'.
  • You can login with your Facebook account or the email address that you signed up with.
  • Select 'Log In'.
