Terms

  • In case of any refunds that PrimaEscapes owes Guest(s), the processing shall be completed within 10- working days. A nominal cancellation fee of 5% shall be levied for refunds processed by PrimaEscapes. This is primarily levied to cover payment gateway charges and minimal processing charges.
  • Service tax at applicable rates will be charged on this cancellation fee.
  • A reservation is considered officially 'canceled' when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Cancel, or he/she calls our Reservations Agent and confirms the same.
  • If there is any complaint/dispute from the guest, email notification must be given to PrimaEscapes within 24 hours of check-out.
  • If the guest checks in and decides to leave early, no refund of the accommodation fee and cleaning fee will be considered.
  • In case of extra bedding charges, all payments must be made to the PrimaEscapes on-site butler prior to check-in. No refund for extra bedding charges shall be processed post check-in.
  • If there is any cancellation by PrimaEscapes, PrimaEscapes will provide one of the following options,
  • Book an alternative comparable available home.
  • PrimaEscapes shall offer Holiday Credit of the full amount paid that may be redeemed while booking a new home. (Registered Users only)

Cancellation policy

  • Guests are requested to read and understand the Cancellation and Refund Policies applicable before making a booking.
  • In the unfortunate event that you are unable to join us on the dates of the reservation, please review the cancellation policy below:

The policy

  • Reservations canceled 15 days or prior to the check-in date will incur a 10% administrative fee.
  • Reservations canceled 8 - 14 days prior to the check-in date will incur a 50% cancellation charge.
  • No date changes or refunds will be entertained for any cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled check-in date.
  • No date changes or refunds will be entertained for any stays during the Diwali (22 Oct - 3 Nov), Christmas (19 - 25 Dec) and New Year (26 Dec - 1 Jan) periods.
  • All valid refund requests will be processed via cheques.

Rescheduling Policy:

  • PrimaEscapes charges a 10% Rescheduling Charge + Taxes for any bookings that may have to be rescheduled.
  • The new booking can be made on the same property during any non-peak weekdays, Check-In applicable up to 3 months from the original date of Check-In.

Processing Refunds

  • In case of any refunds that PrimaEscapes owes Guest(s), the processing shall be completed within 10-12 working days to the card /account used while booking.
  • A nominal cancellation fee of 5% shall be levied for processing refunds by PrimaEscapes. This charge is levied to cover payment gateway charges along with a minimal processing charge.
